Most fitness journeys don’t fail because of lack of effort. They fail because of the wrong mindset. Here are a few common traps that keep beginners stuck—and what to do instead.

    If you miss one workout or eat off-plan, that doesn’t mean you’ve failed. Progress isn’t ruined by one bad day. It’s built on what you do next.

    You don’t need a perfect plan. You need one you can stick to. Done is better than perfect.
